Apartment in Zelenka with Private Parking

In a modern, urban villa with eight apartments, located in Makarska, town district „Zelenka“, we have a three bedroom apartment over two floors for lease.

The apartment has three double bedrooms for 6+2 persons and a surface of 94 m2, the seventh and eighth person sleep on separate sofas in the living room (200 cm x 80 cm each).

An separate entrance, loggia and balcony, bathrooms on both floors, three double bedrooms, an open kitchen, dining and living room in one space.

One parking space in the front of the building and a private garage for another car, air conditioned both floors, wi-fi internet and sat-tv are standard equipment.

Straight line distance to the beach is 545 meters and real distance is 630 meters (by car or on foot).

Passage for pedestrians under main road is available and half of way is through a pine tree forest.

The price includes:

1) Clean and tidy apartment on arrival

2) Dishes, cutlery, kettle

3) Towels for use in the apartment, bed linen and kitchen clothes

4) Water and electricity

5) Sat tv

6) Wi-fi internet

7) Air conditioning

8) Tourist tax

9) Private parking and garage

At extra charge on request:

Earlier check-in is possible if there's at least one day off between guests shift at half day price by prior arrangement only.

The house rules:

1) More people arrival than announced in the reservation is at your own risk. If any of them can't be accommodated with us, no refund at request.
Each unannounced person including kids of any age with extra charge at check-in.

2) Check-in without personal documents and security deposit is not possible.

3) Accommodation is available from 15:00 on the arrival day until 09:00 on the departure day in order to prepare apartments for new guests arriving
the same day after 15:00.

4) Earlier check-in is possible if there's at least one day off between guests shift at half day price by prior arrangement only.

5) If the guest does not leave the apartment until 09:00 on departure day, an extra day will be charged from security deposit.

6) Kids game which exceeds into destruction of furniture, items and equipment in the apartment due to carelessness of their parents won’t be tolerated
and will be charged from security deposit.

7) If damage exceeds the amount of security deposit, the difference up to full amount will be charged immediately on the spot.

8) Shouting, playing loud music and making noise between 14:00 - 16:00 and especially from 23:00 - 08:00 is strictly prohibited.

9) Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited as well. It is permitted only on the balcony.

10) Portable barbecues and grilling on the balcony are absolutely prohibited.

11) Visits by third parties are not allowed. We are not a gathering place for your friends and relatives who are acommodated elsewhere.

12) If guests refuse to stop and continue with above actions the host has the full right to refuse further providing of service without any obligation to
return previously received payments including security deposit.

13) Empty your kitchen trash can every day and regularly ventilate the apartment when the air conditioner is off.

14) Keep protective sheets on the couches during entire stay, please.

15) Guests on departure are obligated to leave clean and tidy apartment, utensils and cutlery stored dry and clean. Otherwise, cleaning fee 90,00 €
will be charged from security deposit..

16) In order to prevent possible misunderstandings regarding excessive consumption of electricity and water as described below, counters will be read
of on the arrival and departure day. If excessive consumption is found, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit on departure day.

17) Excessive water consumption means endless showering, cooling bottles of drinks and fruits with running water in the sink before consumption.

Air conditioning

1) The use of air conditioner is included in the price and it's not charged extra if electricity is used rationaly as described hereafter.

a) The air conditioner is set so that the difference between indoor and outdoor air does not exceed 10°C. For example, if the outside temperature
is 33°C, the air conditioner is set to at least 23°C.

b) The doors and windows are closed while the air conditioner is running.

c) Guests turn off the air conditioner before going on excursion, shopping, on the beach, outside for dinner, etc.

2) The use of air conditioner is not included in the price and will be additionally charged 10,00 €/day from security deposit if electricity is used irationaly
as described hereafter.

a) The air conditioner is set so that the difference between indoor and outdoor air exceeds 10°C, air conditioner works non-stop.

b) The doors or windows are open, air conditioner works non-stop.

c) Guests don't switch off the air conditioner even if they go on excursion, shopping, on the beach, outside for dinner, etc.
