Casa Rioja2 is a semi-detached house, very comfortable, well equipped and with an excellent location in Pino Alto, 350 meters from the beach Playa Cristal.
The house is on the corner and has a very private garden with lawn, trees and barbecue area. From the private garden we reach a quiet communal area with a pool for 10 houses.
The house has three double bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms, kitchen, porch and terrace.
On the ground floor are the living-dining room, the kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub for these 2 rooms.
The community is very quiet and the area is residential, composed of families with children.

Playa Cristal (con bandera Azul) se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos andando. A diferencia de otras playas de la Costa Dorada, en Playa Cristal nunca experimentarás la sensación de que la playa está abarrotada incluso en temporada alta. Es una playa muy amplia y agradable con todo tipo de actividades. Aquí encontrará áreas para niños: pequeños parques infantiles. Están muy bien cuidados y hay varias áreas diferentes para diferentes edades. Además, la Playa Cristal se cuenta con un precioso paseo marítimo con restaurantes y bares y chiringuitos, todos con terrazas, donde puedes tomar una copa, degustar deliciosa cocina típica mediterránea con espectaculares vistas al Mediterráneo. El paseo marítimo comunica con las playas y el puerto de L'Hospitalet del Infant donde se puede disfrutar de actividades acuáticas y deportivas, visitar el mercadillo los domingos, y también es un lugar con multitud de excelentes restaurantes et bares.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.
