Der Strand ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Wasseraktivitäten wie Paddeln, Tauchen, Schnorcheln, Kite und Surfen.
Die Stadt ist ein 10 Minuten zu Fuß, wo Sie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars finden können. Zwei Supermärkte liefern kostenlos an die Villa und es gibt auch viele Möglichkeiten für Lebensmittel Lieferung am Haus. Auch viele Ausflüge zum Wasserfall Limon, Los Haitises Park, Atv-Touren auf der Kaffeestraße, werden an der Villa angeboten. Ein Reiseveranstalter in der Stadt wird Sie an der Villa abholen.
