A little gate will give you access to a first terrace which will lead you to the house and it’s fully equipped kitchen overlooking a wide lounge (kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine).

The French window in the lounge opens on a second terrace, also locked with a little gate, from which you can admire the nice view over Currican port, with direct access to your mooring line. A gaz BBQ is at disposal on this terrace.

On the first floor, 3 fully equipped bedrooms and bathrooms (with towel dryer).

Two of the rooms have king size bed (or two single beds) and the third one has queen size bed.

One one them faces the Port and another one faces the solarium.

WIFI, Netflix connected TV and French channels, ceiling fans, heating in all rooms and a pellet stove in the lounge.

Rental fee includes a private covered parking space, and the mooring line.
