The holiday house is in the north of Dalmatia, right by the Adriatic coast in Privlaka, 14km from the town Zadar, around 150 metres from the water and sandy beach, with a wonderful sea panorama.
The apartment on the upper floor comprises two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a niche and a living room opening onto the 11m² terrace with a sea view.
The courtyard has three parking spaces for guests. An open grill is available, as well as a heatable pool for a refreshing dip. The garden has an outdoor shower with cold and warm water.
The road from our house leads to the beach about 100m away. When you have reached the sea, a beautiful sea view and island panorama await you. There is a local little harbour where local fishing boats anchor. The access to the sea is paved and there is space for towels and deckchairs. There is a cosy coffee bar by the beach with pleasant music. On both sides along the coast stretches the promenade taking you to the nearest beaches and hidden bays. The area is known especially for its beautiful sandy beaches and bays. The beaches primarily have fine sand and are gently shelved, appreciated especially by families with small children. The beaches are far from the main traffic arteries and ensure undisturbed peace and quiet. Clean air and healing black mud make Privlaka attractive for those with health problems such as asthma, rheumatism and arthritis.
