Holiday Home Bokan

We are delighted to offer accommodations in the newly built house.

Bokan house is situated in the suburb of the famous, historical town Pula, 2 km from the old city centre in a very peaceful area. Within a 1 km you can find supermarkets and gas station. The location of the house offers you to be close to the most beautiful beaches off Pula, Medulin beaches and also the Cape Kamenjak. The distance from the sea is 5 km. It takes only 10 minutes by car.

Newly comfortable apartment is available for 8 persons.

Apartment is equipped with new and modern household furniture and is nicely designed.

It consists of fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, dining area with big table for eight people when extended and big sitting room.

The house has a big hall, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with washing machine.

One room has king size bed and other 2 rooms have 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa with retractable bed, a total of eight persons.

Every rooms has smart tv and two rooms have air condition. Living room has smart, satellite tv and air condition.

Around the house there is a private isolated fenced yard with furniture and sunbeds where you can enjoy your meals, BBQ, hot tub, childrenˈs swings, trampoline and have a quiet time. The garden place makes this house ideal for families with children. House has also private parking place.
