Charming villa with private heated pool in Porec
The luxury villa Fumica placed in the village Radetici (surrounding of Sveti Lovrec) near Poreč offers an icredible experience to all guests.
Built in the year 1899 and completely renovated in the year 2014 with attractive original high class rustic furniture to make every room unique with a lots of attention to details.
The villa Fumica consists of two buildings located on a plot of 400 m2.
The larger house consists on a ground floor of a spacious living room, kitchen, dinning room and toilet. The dinning room has got also an open fireplace, it is all placed in the same room. One toilet is also on the ground floor.
From the living room you can access to a spacious covered terrace with a large table for 10 persons and an outdoor BBQ with pool view. The pool is heated on request. At the first floor are placed two double bedrooms with bathrooms. One bedroom is with double bed and bathroom and the other one is with two single beds , bathroom and balcony. At the second floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one with two single beds with shower/toilet and one with double bed and shower/toilet.There is also an old well renovated wine cellar of 14 m2 for relaxing tasting of authentic local wines. In the second building at the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and a toilet. At the first floor there is a double bedroom with shower/toilet.The Villa is walled and gated to ensure privacy. Inside the villa is fully air-conditioned and wi-fi internet access covered. In the neighborhood you can taste local quality wines, truffles and schnapps.
