The Kitz Residenz is more than an aparthotel: historically influenced, the building shines in a contemporary style. Situated directly in the center of Kaprun, at the bus stop of the glacier cable car, every mountain or ski experience is within reach. The apartments are generously cut and extensively equipped.

The one-bedroom TOP 7 apartment is located on the second and top floor of the Kitz Residence. The exposed wooden beam roof construction creates a particularly cozy atmosphere. The comfortable living room offers a cozy sitting area, dining area and a sleeping alcove for two people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. There is direct access to the covered balcony from the living room.

The final cleaning costs of Euro 113,- need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.
