This fabulous villa is surrounded by olive groves and gardens, ideal for an unforgettably relaxing holiday in one of the most beautiful Tuscan landscapes: the Val di Chiana. Here you are near renowned artistic and historical cities such as Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Montepulciano and Chianti. The villa preserves its original architectural style, such as the terracotta tiled flooring, the stone framed doors and windows, and the wooden beam and brick ceilings. Indoors antique furniture enriched with vintage objects and a care for detail adds to the exclusive atmosphere.
There are two swimming pools. The indoor pool is heated and has a hydro massage corner; in the same room there’s a sauna (fee applicable, € 400/week). The outdoor pool (12 x 6 meters and 1,20 – 2,00 meters deep) is within a fenced area of the gardens. Here it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding countryside or whilst relaxing under the shade of the gazebo.

ACCOMODATION
Villa of 800 sqm on two floors, which can accommodate up to 18 people. All the bedrooms are decorated in its own particular style. All have air-conditioning, satellite TV, safe, mini bar and internet.
Ground floor:
Entrance, lounge with fireplace and bar; dining room, modern professional kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, oven, water boiler, fridge with ice maker, toaster); glass veranda with sliding doors and a beautiful view to enjoy while dining; laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer; one bathroom with toilet and hand basin; one double bedroom with private bathroom and shower.
The indoor pool (3x5 m), 1.10 m depth, has also a hydro massage and bathroom with shower.
First floor:
2 suites each consisting of one double bedroom, sitting room with fireplace and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub;
1 double bedroom with sitting room, fireplace and en-suite bathroom with shower;
4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Second floor:
1 double bedroom in the attic with en-suite bathroom with shower. Both in the bedroom and bathroom the ceiling slopes down to a minimum of 180 cm.
Amenities: Wi-Fi connection, heating and AC in all rooms, Sat-TV, Stereo, hairdryers in all bathrooms, safe. Welcome basket (light dinner and a continental breakfast for the 1st morning).
