The residential complex has a wellness area with sauna and an indoor pool. The apartments are equipped with TV, Internet, underground parking. The Avenida Mountain Resort is situated in the best location in the center of Kaprun.
The final cleaning is not included and need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.

The TOP E9 apartment is located on the ground floor of the Avenida Mountain Resort. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The living room is spacious with a cozy and open-plan designer kitchen. The seating area with sofa bed and open fireplace invites you to relax. The large terrace can be accessed directly from the living room.
