This beautiful and modern residence on the Etruscan Coast are located between Follonica (4km) and Punta Ala (12km), only a few kilometres from the medieval hamlet of Scarlino (6km).


There are 27 self catering apartments, each very comfortable and fully equipped with air conditioners. Guests have access to the swimming pool (14x7, open May-Oct) provided with deckchairs and beach umbrellas, and a children pool (4x3).


At only 500 metres from sandy beaches, and 300 mt from the new harbour of Scarlino Marina, these accommodations are a perfect location for the sea lover but also the ideal starting point for visiting the beautiful hamlets of Maremma such as the tuff town of Pitigliano, the Etruscan Sovana, Baratti and Populonia (30km).

Natural attractions, instead, are the Uccellina Park, which covers the coastal area, the promontory of Monte Argentario, and other renowned and enchanting beaches such as Cala Violina, Cala Martina and the ancient seaside town of Castiglione della Pescaia (16km). Near the holiday residence sport lovers can also find tennis courts, golf courses, horseback riding schools, windsurf and kite surfing rental points. Next shops and restaurants ca. 300 metres away.

    “Wir waren im hinteren Haus (von der Straße weg) im Obergeschoss untergebracht und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Gemeinschaftspool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen. Schöne helle geräumige Wohnung. 1 Punktabzug wegen Kleinigkeiten.
    Ausstattung: Zweckmäßig.
    Lage: Hauptverkehrstraße nach Puntone ohne Gehweg. Mit Kindern zu gefährlich, um zu Fuß in den Ort zu laufen.
    Zustand: Gut, neuwertig.
    Sauberkeit: Insgesamt sehr sauber. Eine Schublade im Badezimmerschrank mit Haar-Resten, Bodenfugen in der Dusche mit Schimmel.
    Preiswürdigkeit: Teuer. In der Hochsaison schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis... aber das ist ja leider fast überall so und mit schulpflichtigen Kindern bleibt nur die Wahl zwischen "ich schlucke den Preis" oder bleibe zu Hause.”
