Dugi Otok is particularly rich in contrast to the picturesque villages - 12 of them - connected by secluded beaches, in collage with majestic cliffs and lush vegetation. The most famous beach is the Saharun. Also located on the island are the Nature Park Telascica and the entrance to the National Park Kornati, which are worth visiting. The nearby island Mezanj and under water grotto Brbinjšćica are attractive diving destinations.
