Charming vacation home with private pool and sauna on the famous wine route that winds through the surrounding vineyards of Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage Site). This is a strategic place to relax after your daily excursions and get to know the local culture and excellent gastronomy. A few kilometers away by car you can visit characteristic villages surrounded by cultivated fields, churches and medieval castles, because the territory of the nearby Langhe, Roero and Monferrato is a microcosm of different environments where man and nature go hand in hand. Walking along these rolling hills, do not miss tasting typical products such as wine, salami, cheese and real truffles that attract tourists from all over the world throughout the year. For sports enthusiasts there are opportunities for horseback riding and mountain bike trails in the immediate vicinity, and for golf lovers there are two 18-hole golf courses less than 10 km away. For the more adventurous there is the possibility of parachuting and flying lessons at San Germano airport. Given the location, a visit to the cities of Milan and Turin is a must, as well as a day at Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. In less than 120 km you can reach Genoa with its charming historical center and the great aquarium, then you can enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Ligurian Sea in both the western and eastern province. The owner of the house sometimes uses the adjacent part of the house.

    “Das Haus ist sehr originell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wer es allerdings zweckmäßig und übersichtlich mag, für den ist dieses Objekt nicht geeignet. Man kann es als eine Mischung aus Heimatmuseum und Dekoladen beschreiben. Die Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft besteht seit Oktober 2017 und wird wahrscheinlich auch noch einige Zeit bestehen. Der Lärm hielt sich in Grenzen, aber doch mit der Dauer des Aufenthaltes nervend. Samstags wurde auch gearbeitet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos, auch bei Beanstandungen/Problemen mit Beleuchtung und Pooltechnik.”
