Landhaus mit insgesamt fünf Gîtes und gemeinschaftlichem Schwimmbad

Le Manoir ist ruhig und ländlich gelegen, mitten zwischen Feldern und Wäldern.

Das Landhaus stammt aus dem 19. Jahrhundert und verfügt über ein gemeinschaftliches Schwimmbad (6 x 12 Meter). In diesem Haus befinden sich insgesamt zwei kleine und drei große Gîtes.

Der Garten umfasst ein Hektar und bietet ein mehrere Sitzplätze, sowohl schattig als sonnig, ein Stück Eichenwald und eine große Sonnenterrasse am Schwimmbad. Die zum Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse bietet Aussicht auf den Innenhof und auf das grüne Tal. Das Schwimmbad befindet sich auf der anderen Seite des Gebäudes. Von der Terrasse aus haben Sie Aussicht auf das Tal von Borrèze, ein Nebenfluss der Dordogne.

Wer möchte, kann die gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine nutzen. Im allgemeinen Hauswirtschaftsraum befinden sich außerdem einen Wäscheständer, ein Bügelbrett und ein Bügeleisen. Auf Anfrage können ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt werden.

Weit weg vom Trubel, dennoch ist das Zentrum von Souillac mit Geschäften und Restaurants nur ca. vier Kilometer entfernt. Hier gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Rocamadour, Sarlat, Domme, Beynac usw. Souillac hat auch eine eigene Autobahnabfahrt, daher sind Sie auch relativ schnell in Brive-La-Gaillarde oder Cahors.

    “We hebben hier een fijne tijd gehad; en goede locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. Positiv: Rustige locatie, fantastisch zwembad en een fijn en volledig ingericht vakantiehuis. De vriendelijke eigenaar stond altijd voor je klaar. Negativ: De trap naar de eerste verdieping is wellicht niet zo geschikt voor mensen met reuma/artrose.”

    “Ruime, propere gite met alles wat nodig is. Aangenaam contact met (Nederlandstalige) eigenaars die de streek goed kennen en ons vele goede tips hebben gegeven. Rustige locatie, en toch niet ver van alle winkels en restaurants. Veel te doen in de omgeving.”
