The wood stove provides a pleasant atmosphere in winter for which the owner will provide you with the firewood free of charge. The communal garden with swing, trampoline, slide and sandbox is accessible to all guests of the house. In the common recreation room table tennis, billiards and table football are available. Washing machine and dryer are available in the building. If you are traveling with a larger group, you can add the apartments BLU204, BLU206, BLU207 or BLU209.
