Little Holiday villa 50 meters from the beach, a few steps , 2 minute directly to beach on foot, in a small street.Quiet location in the center of the village of Crikvenica, closed alley, a few treks to the pebble beach and sandy beach. cca 50 meters., 2 minute on foot. House with big wall, totally private, view of the city, Hotel Zohne, pointed center. Parking space in other house with owner or with city card directly on the street next to beach, or hotel garage to pay by the way, or closed houseyard of owner nearby.Family holiday House Little villa Tony in center of the city, nearby beach ! The villa offers comfortable accommodation, total privacy more than 120 m2 and closed garden terrace 55m2. Ideal for family holiday or group of 6 friends. It consists of 3 doublebeded interconnected rooms on the floor, 3 bathrooms, lovely living room and country house (Then kitchen) kitchen, and hallway storage on the groundfloor.Equipment: 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, possible 6 people and on 2 extra beds 2 children to sleep. and so 1 baby bed to put, 120 m2 and garden terrace 55m2.Towels and bed linen are available. Internet WI-FI access with code, Fully equipped kitchen with splash machine, Ceram PLate electric stove, microwave, , cown cabinet with freezer, toaster, coffee filter machine, kettle, tableware air conditioning system with it, 1 safe, SAT TV, garden shower, seating garnishes for 8 people on the garden terrace, with umbrella and wine pergola, a palm tree and mandarin tree. Categoria 4 stars, washing machine, brook oven etc.

In front of the house is lovely closed garden terrace surrounded by wine pergola, with greenery and flowers, one palm and mandarine tree. Terrace is spacious ( 55 m2) with sitting area for 8 people, little remuvable barbecue and outdoorshower. Parking is provided nearby the house.Garden terrace with own small barbecue (barbecue), summer shower, seating area, 2 deck chairs and 1 ride to use. Beautiful family and private atmosphere, quiet location in pointed center, Hotel Zohne and complex.

The center of Crikvenica and all mayor tourist facilities are located at only 100 meters from the house: Aquarium, museum, bars, disco 500 m, casino 500m, hotels 30-500m, exchange office 300m, post office 500m, bank 500m, the beach sport facilities 50-400m, children playgrounds 100m. Scuba diving club 500m ( Crni molo). Sport grounds 350-1500meters.20-30 meters are all caffes, restaurants, hotels, 300 meters the city center square, shops, money vending machines, casino, museum, aquarium, bank, post office, children's playgrounds on the beach directly up to 50 meters. Sports areas 300-500 meters, mini golf, boulder, excursions... etc everything available on foot !

The house is situated in ideal location, within only 10-15 meters are restaurants, boutiques, shops, ATMs, sandy and pebbled beaches, childrens sport grounds, sport facilities for entertainment or healing the respiratory organs in local hospital Thalasotherapia Crikvenica. Everithing is on the hand in area from 30-1500 meters. Walking promenade for pedestrians and beach 30-80 meters !Enjoy the ideal location for a quiet holiday in the center of the resort of Crikvenica. Since much is within walking distance, you do not need a car for tasks and activities in the village. In 20-30 meters you will find all cafes, restaurants, hotels. In 300 meters you will see the Centrum Square, shops, ATMs, casino, museum, aquarium, bank, post office or in 300-500 meters various sports areas. Mini golf, boat rentalors or the children's playground directly on the beach are also within walking distance.
