The enchanting panoramic view of the sea will delight you in this spacious, simply but pleasantly furnished holiday home. It is located in the small village of Rovanjska, right next to the main road, so you can easily reach the surrounding villages and all facilities. It consists of two separate residential units connected by external stairs. On the beautiful plot there is a pool that offers pleasant refreshment and at the same time a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. Relax on the large terrace with a book or a glass of excellent homemade wine. For active holidaymakers, this region offers many leisure activities such as hiking, cycling or various water sports. For those looking for a rich cultural heritage, we recommend a visit to the city of Zadar, only 33 km away, or the historic town of ibenik.

    “Wir waren 12 Leute im Alter von 18-26. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen und 2 Küchen. Jeweils im Erdgeschoss und im 1.Stock. Leider funktionieren im 1.Stock nur 2 von 4 Herdplatten. Ein Auto kann in der Garage geparkt werden, für 2 weitere ist vor der Garage Platz. Das Haus und der Pool waren sauber. Draußen unter dem Weinstock ist ein großer Tisch, optimal um zusammen zu Essen. Das W-LAN ist schlecht bis gar nicht brauchbar. Was uns gefehlt hat waren weitere Gartenstühle, so dass mehr Leute Platz haben. Ausserdem wäre ein zweiter Sonnenschirm schön gewesen, da man sonst keinen Schattenplatz hatte. Insgesamt hat uns das Haus gut gefallen. Der Vermieter wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich. Er hat uns 2 mal frische Feigen vorbei gebracht. Für den Preis ist das Haus empfehlenswert!”

    “Stille og roligt område for dem som vil have ro og god udsigt over Velebit bjerg og havet.
    Den sydvendte terasse giver pragtfuldt udsigt udover vandet og solnedgangen om aften. Dejlig ren vand i poolen.
    Nemt at finde frem til, ligger blot et par km fra motorvejen. Mulighed for at parkere i garage. Alt fungerer som det skal. Pænt og rent. Meget venlige værter som tog rigtig godt imod os med bl.a. tørrede finner og forfriskelser.”
