This holiday home is being built in the spring of 2004 on a large, sloping nature plot near the beach and the Kattegat. The house offers many qualities such as a nice arrangement of the rooms, large bedrooms, two bathrooms - one of which contains a large whirlpool for 4 persons and a sauna. The whole house has floor heating. The bedloft has enough room for a person to stand upright. The house is equipped with a 'home movie theater', e.g. with a DVD-player. Enjoy the sun on the terrace which is facing south or on the terrace which offers lovely views to the sea. Inshore fishery is very popular in this area, and the surroundings are very suitable for hikes and bicycling.
