    “Leider nicht empfehlenswert, schon gar nicht so lange, bis der bereits länger existierende Mäusebefall (Mäusefallen vorhanden) behoben ist; Kötel überall (auch im Besteckkasten) und an jedem Morgen. Leider wird auch nicht auf das Problem hingewiesen, weshalb man nach der ersten Nacht sein Essen wegschmeißen kann. Das "Trinkwasser" ist schwer genießbar und leicht bräunlich; mehrere Glühbirnen fehlen bereits. Der Ausblick durch die Fenster erlaubt nur eine mini-teilweise Aussicht auf Wasser. Und zuletzt, die Mülltonne an der Straße war bereits übervoll.
