125 km southeast of Rovaniemi, 39 km northeast of Ranua, lake Simojärvi 60 m (length of lake 32 km, width 5 km), natural beach, fairly deep, hard sand bottom, own rowboat.
Log house, built in 1950s, renovated 2017. Large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, room with sofa bed and fireplace. Sauna, bathroom, shower and hot water tank, separate toilet. Open terrace.
Hot water tank is small (about 20 liters).
Summer cabin in yard, 2 beds, electric light and fireplace.
Strawberry fields and wine grape bushes in the yard. Berries are available to customers during the harvest time.
Lake Simojärvi is well suited for fishing, stock of fish e.g. perch, pike, whitefish, lake trout and burbot. Boat launching (Simojärvi) 4 km away. River Simojoki fishing sites are also easy to reach.
Fishing areas: 2580 Simojoki and 2587 Simojärvi.
Ranua center services 39 km, Ranua Zoo 41 km, Auttiköngäs 58 km, Syöte 90 km, Rovaniemi 125 km.
