This stunning five bedroom villa is located in a quiet residential area and is fantastically equipped for a relaxing holiday with a beautiful garden, spacious pool, a barbecue, a covered terrace and an outdoor shower.
The holiday home boasts a modern and thoughtfully-considered decor, with a comfortable living area and well-equipped kitchen. Each of the bedrooms benefit from their own terrace
and the master bedroom offers views of the large bay of Palma. The swimming pool can be pre-heated upon request. Please note, there are steps and varying levels within the house and the stove is purely decorative. Groups (except for families and couples) are subject to request and an additional deposit.
In the summer the swimming pool is half-covered and in the cooler months it can be heated and completely covered (please request via before arrival). The brick barbecue and garden bar will delight you. In the basement you will find a Hammam with a shower, a hot tub and a separate toilet with sink.
For golfers the Maioris golf course is just 1 kilometer away and there are also other golf courses in the area. The island's capital Palma is easily accessible.
