This is a wonderful two bedroom bungalow located in a cul-de-sac in El Faro. There is a supermarket at the end of the road open in the summer months and some restaurants and bars within walking distance which are open all year round. The property offers free WI-FI and television channels in various languages. The entrance to the house is accessed via a small garden area, as you enter there is a fully equipped kitchen to your left and straight ahead is a spacious lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, a television, a large cabinet and an electric fire. To the rear of the lounge are a dining table and four chairs. This area lead on to a large open terrace with a brick barbecue and a table and chairs, perfect for summer´s evenings dining al fresco and enjoying the stunning views of El Faro and the sea. The property has a guest bedroom with twin beds, a bedside table and wardrobe and a master bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms enjoy a bathroom with a bath and shower within. The property offers a parking space next to the house and air conditioning hot and cold in both bedrooms and the lounge.
