Spacious family apartment at the beach



Our address is Peroj 1056 in the village of Peroj in the Town of Vodnjan, a beautiful south part of Istrian peninsula rich with olive growes and natural beaches. Apartmet Teuta is located 100 meters from the beach Martulina in Peroj. Few kilometers pebble beach has plenty of bars and restaurants. Very quiet environment with no traffic, crowds and noise. Outside shower and a coal barbecue is available in the garden. The area is surrounded by green Mediterranean vegetation and olive trees.



This new and well decorated apartment features a spacious outside sitting area with a garden where you can enjoy peace and tranquility.

In the apartment there is a fully equiped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with showers and all the toiletries. Apartmen has 3 bedrooms and a possibility to extend a sofa in a living room. It is suitable for families with children and babies or elder people since it's on the ground floor.Pets are wellcome in our property.



There are walking and cycling paths around the house. Long beach walking path that connects a small port of Peroj - Portic with a fishermans village of Fazana. At the beach there are beach bars and water park for children. Renting desk chairs and parasol on the beach is possible.

Beach is not rocky but suitable for smaller childen.



Cycling can be enjoyed nearby. We offer 3 free bikes with helmets for the guests of this apartments. We offer free wi-fi and free parking on site. Baby cot can be provided on request.



I can give tips about visiting of the area. Upon guest interest we can organize a thematic tours: - Natural and cultural heritage of the South Istria - Sacral heritage tour - Rural heritage of the area (vine, cheese and olive oil) Fishermans village Fazana is 2 km away Fancy town of Rovinj is 19 km from apartment, and antique Pula is 10 km away. The nearest airport is Pula Airport, 12 km from the accommodation.
