    “appartement avec énormes atouts mais nécessite un bon coup de modernisation sur l'équipement; bon ménage de fond à réaliser (poussiéreux et sale sous les canapés et meubles) Positiv: localisation idéale; très grand balcon avec très belle vue sur la baie; garage fermé; appartement de taille convenable Negativ: store extérieur très dégradé; climatisation vieillissante et fonctionnant mal; 1 transat dégradé; propreté insuffisante
    certains équipements de cuisine à renouveler (poëles...) Restaurant: Pizzeria dolce vita - excellentes pizzas et pates fraiches Ausflüge: Bateau vision sous marine - croisière cap norfeu avec vision sous marine”
