The interior is spread over two floors and from the living room you can access the covered terrace and pool area, where you can relax with your favorite book on the sun loungers. Of course, a barbecue is at your disposal, as well as a multifunctional game table for a total of 15 games that will delight young and old. Below the pool area there is a large and flat green area.
Entertainment and recreational opportunities can be found in the cities of Crikvenica and Rijeka, which you can reach by car. Nature lovers can discover the untouched landscape and forests in the region of Gorski Kotar, Risnjak National Park and U?ka Nature Park. The house is located on the local road, but is oriented to the green area, so your comfort will not be affected. There are two additional parking spaces on the owner's property 30 m away.
