Wonderful villa with heated pool in Fazana

Welcome to Villa Rampic! This beautiful villa is a great place for a fun family vacation near the sea. The villa guarantees plenty of space ( 240m2) and privacy to enjoy in the private pool as well. This amazing location near the beach and the center of Fazana allows you to explore the area by car. There you can visit the Brijuni Islands, Fazana, Stinjan or Pula. This villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. The colorful interior design combines classic elements with natural materials such as stone and wood. For nice evenings with family and friends, there are plenty of outdoor spots around the large, private pool. Enjoy one of the delicacies of the villa - an entertaining room, table tennis, table football or cycling that you can use for free in the villa. Near the outdoor pool there is a charcoal grill for you to prepare a delicious meal. Villa Rampic is divided into 2 separate apartments and an additional bedroom with bathroom. There are two additional sleeping options on the sofa bed. Book this villa and enjoy the pool, grill or just sunbathe, less than 1000 m from the beautiful pebble and beach located in the colorful island of Briuni National Park.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.

    “In July 2020, we stayed in Villa Rampić for one week. After a very warm welcome from the owner, we enjoyed this stay very much. Villa Rampić offers all possibilities to have a nice holiday. The villa is very appropriate to stay in when traveling with several families together. There are five different bedrooms and three bathrooms, which strongly appealed to me.

    The house has also a huge garden with a volleyball field, table tennis, table football, darts, badminton, petanque and much more. It’s perfect for the entertainment for the kids. Besides that, the garden also has an outside kitchen, which was completely new when we arrived. The 4x8m swimming pool was excellent as well. The owner often maintained the condition of the water and sprinkled the lawn frequently.

    During our stay we also visited restaurant ‘Alla Beccaccia’ twice, which is only 250 meters away from the villa. It has a 4.5/5 rating on Tripadvisor! I can really recommend this restaurant during your stay in Villa Rampić. Besides that, Pula and Rovinj can also easily be visited from the house by car or taxi (very cheap). In Pula are lots of activities to do like golfing, karting, scuba diving, kayaking, cliff diving, snorkelling or visiting the amphitheatre.”
