This beautiful apartment is located in a very well maintained residential complex with community pool with separate children's pool. The complex is just a few minutes drive from 2 golf clubs, restaurants and the beach
This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is bright and spacious and arranged on one floor. The lounge is furnished with a large sofa bed, dining table and chairs and provides access to the southwest facing terrace. The terrace has a fantastic view over the residential complex and the sea, where you can see even to Gibraltar. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a practical hatch to the living area.
The Riviera del Sol region is located between Fuengirola and Marbella and extends from the beach inland to the hills and mountains of Mijas Costa. Extensive investment in infrastructure and public areas has made it a fantastic family oriented resort area with parks, manicured avenues, green areas and the excellent beach promenade from Cabopino to La Cala de Mijas.
