You can expect summer, sun, sea and relaxation. Of course, free Wi-Fi in / at the house.The apartment with good quality equipment, has 120 square meters of living space. A living and dining area (58 sqm) with integrated kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room with toilet and bidet, a separate toilet, a covered terrace (36 sqm), and a large garden (2900 sqm).Sampieri is an old fishing village. The beach of Sampieri (5 minutes by car) is a fine sandy, gently sloping dune beach, which is particularly suitable for children. The area offers 100 km of beaches for all activities.The journey is possible by plane, car or train. Airport - Aeroporto Catania. There is the possibility to rent a car.     “War eine schöne Unterkunft. Allerdings eher für Herbst zu empfehlen, da keine Klimaanlage installiert ist und daher keine kühlung der Räume möglich war. Hatten zwar Ventilatoren. Aber diese reichten leider nicht aus. Ansonsten sauber, sehr ruhig und erholsam. Auch der Weg zum Meer war nicht weit. Am besten dann auch mietwagen buchen.”

    “wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, grosszügige Wohnfläche in und ausser Haus, Positiv: sehr ruhig und abgelegen, dafür sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter weg, Empfehlung: Families - schöne Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, tolle Aussicht,”

    “Positiv: sehr schöne Lage
    eigener Brunnen, desh. Wasser ständig verfügbar (nicht selbstverständlich auf einer Insel)
    schöner, großer Garten mit Grill
    Küche sehr gut ausgestattet Negativ: bei einem Bett war die Matratze ganz durch
    Betten insgesamt nur ausreichend Freizeit: Marina di Modica - einer der schönsten Strände zum Baden
    Sicli- wunderschöne Altstadt mit Sehenswürdigkeiten
    Ragusa (mit Ibla) der "unteren" Altstadt- viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Kathedrale di San Giorio oder der Kirche San Giuseppe, die vielen kleinen Gässchen und Treppen, der Palmengarten, die Stadt ist Teil des Unesco Welterbe
    Modica - die Stadt der Kirchen, abends blüht das Leben in den Straßen”
