Chalet Chiara

Idyllically situated, sun-drenched chalet (80m2) on a beautiful plateau 1495 m above sea level. Room for 4 people, 3 bedrooms (new mattresses) on the 1st floor, balcony, fully equipped kitchen made of Swiss stone pine with cosy sitting area, shower/WC, wood-burning stove with wood provided. Car park 50m from the house. Post bus stop "Casaccia Löbbia" 15 minutes on foot (ascent only 70 metres).

The charmingly converted traditional Bergeller Maiensäss from 1756 in the hamlet of Ca d'Farett offers peace and quiet in the midst of fascinating nature and you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, here you are exactly right (no WLAN, no TV) - simplicity becomes luxury and less is clearly more.

Or would you rather be active? The region offers numerous leisure options with wonderful hiking and cycling trails, such as the Via Panoramica and the Septimer Pass. A trip on the cable car to the Albigna reservoir is also worthwhile, as several hiking routes lead from there into the fascinating mountain world. Another highlight is the Albigna Boulder Park and the one in Stampa. After a short car/bus journey to Chiavenna (IT), stroll past the many market stalls and enjoy a delicious gelato. Or how about a visit to one of the most beautiful Swiss villages, Soglio? You'll be amazed! What's more, St. Moritz with its magnificent Alpine lakes is only 30 minutes away by car. car journey. If Lake Como is too hot or the Engadine too cold - the climate in the beautiful chalet in the hamlet of Ca d'Farett is just right.

    “typisches Ferienhaus in kleinem Weiler mit vielen schönen Wandermöglichkeiten Positiv: die ruhige Lage.
    netter Kontakt mit Besitzerin. Negativ: schade, dass es praktisch keine Gartenmöbel hat und wenn sind sie alt und rostig. Einen Sitzplatz um sich draussen aufzuhalten haben wir vermisst.
    Unsere Ferienwoche im Juli war nass und kalt. Die Elektroheizung ist zu schwach um die dicken Mauern im Erdgeschoss in vernünftiger Zeit zu wärmen.
    Die Unklarheiten bezüglich der Schlüsselübergabe sollten nun beseitigt sein. Ausflüge: Casaccia - Septimerpass - paso Longhin Maloja - lange, prächtige Wanderung”

    “Positiv: Vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick über das Tal.
    nette Nachbarn
    ruhige, schöne Umgebung Negativ: Gartenmöbel teils kaputt oder wackelig
    keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit im Haus, da kein Wohnzimmer
    eher für 2 als für 4 Personen (nur ein Liegestuhl, Boiler zu klein, Sitzplatz eng)”

    “Komfortables Chalet in der Mitte einer Gruppe von Häusern in des Berges.
    Malerisch und von grosser Ruhe.
    Wenn der Mangel an Garten und Grill für jeden, der reserviert, nicht wichtig ist, dann ist das Haus in Ordnung. Positiv: Gruppierung von Typischen Häusern und Chalet des Tals. Negativ: Die Beschreibung besagte, dass das Haus einen Grill und einen Garten hatte. Diese Beschreibung ist falsch. Grill ist verboten und das Haus hat keinen Garten. Nur ein Stück Land, das eine gemeinschaftliche und schief Passage ist. Unter diesen Bedingungen kann man nicht sitzen und sich ausruhen. Ein kleiner Raum von zwei Quadratmeter vor dem Haus ist flach, aber mit der Wand des Nachbarhauses vor. Klaustrophobisch Gefühl.
    Der Eigentümer hat mir einen Rabatt oder Annullierung auf falsche Beschreibungen angeboten, die ich nicht akzeptiert habe. Eine ehrliche Beschreibung vermeidet es, schlechte Ferien für diejenigen zu verbringen, die buchen, um herauszufinden, was sie reserviert haben. Restaurant: Hotel Corona Vicosoprano - Wunderschöne Terrasse und sehr freundlichen Staff. Ausflüge: Promontogno - Nossa Donna Caselmur”
