Attractive, spacious 2-bedroom condominium with unobstructed panoramic mountain view. Local woodwork combined with modern comfort. Central but very quiet location.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Three flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family-friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

Traditional Engadin houses and elegant hotel buildings dating from the Belle Epoque era characterise this high-lying, sunny, wind-protected resort. Nestling against a spectacular backdrop of majestic mountain peaks – including the highest one in the Eastern Alps, the Piz Bernina – Pontresina is a popular departure point for mountaineers, rock climbers and hikers all the year round. However, culture lovers, romantics and bon vivants, too, will find a host of gems in and around Pontresina – such as a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the contrast-rich Val Roseg or a trip into the South on the Bernina Express. In winter, countless inspiring cross-country skiing routes and picturesque winter hiking paths through the enchanting landscape are a treat for all the senses. The Diavolezza ski area, a particular favourite among freeriders, is just a short distance away. In summer, discoverers can explore the largest colony of ibex in Switzerland, while the new Bernina Glaciers adventure territory allows visitors to experience the fascinating world of glaciers at close quarters.

    “Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell im Dorf, auch der Bahnhof oder der Wald Richtung Roseg ist in 10-15min. erreichbar. Positiv: Man fühlt sich bereits beim ersten Schritt in die Wohnung "pudelwohl". Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, hell und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts oder wir haben zumindest nichts vermisst :-). Der Ausblick in die Berge, gerade am Morgen Richtung Corvigla und Rosegthal ist einfach fantastisch. Eine Wohnung wo man es auch an verregneten oder verschneiten Tagen (wie bei uns) gerne aufhält ohne einen Hüttenkoller zu bekommen. Negativ: Die Garageneinfahrt ist für ein grössers Auto (SUV) doch ziemlich ansprussvoll. Restaurant: Bo's Co, Celerina - Gutes Essen, schöne Ambiente, Parkplatz vorhanden. Und wegen Corona mit kleinen Treibhäuschen auf dem Vorplatz. Witzig und charmant. Ausflüge: Bahnreise Alp Grüm - Wunderschönes und fantastisches Alpen- und Bergpanorma. Zudem das Erlebnis mit der RhB zu fahren. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst diverse Möglichkeiten zum Ein- und Ausstieg um das Panoarma zu geniessen oder wandern.”
