The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home built in 1954, was renovated in 2019 and is furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard. Bicycle rental against payment. Dankerode, district Dankerode, 420 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 850 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The house is 12x12 m². And has 1 upper floor which is rented. The entire property is 850 m². A very well-kept garden plot! From the "green" balcony (southwest side) you can enjoy the sunset after a day trip with a beer or a bottle of wine. Smoking is of course also permitted here. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 30 m). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the street in front of the house. A secure, lighted parking lot is across from the property.
