The well-equipped apartment not only boasts your sea view, but also captivates you for cozy evenings around the fireplace. The combined living, kitchen and dining room is generously furnished and the sloping floor makes optimal use of the floor space. There is a separate bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. In the case of an occupancy of up to 4 people, a couch is available as a sofa bed in the living room. The sunny loggia and the parking space complete the overall picture.
