The nice apartment is located on the first floor and has about 30 square meters. It comprises of a living-sleeping area, a kitchen unit, a bathroom and a nice sun-terrace. The living-kitchen are is furnished with two armchairs, a fire place, hi-fi, television and a double bed (1,60 x 2,00 m). The kitchen unit has stove, oven, fridge, water boiler, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet. The sun-terrace is furnished with garden furniture. Bedlinen, towels and the final cleaning are included in the price.
