The house on Libellenweg is a brownstone built in 1924, the perfect retreat in the heart of the Südwestpfalz. It was renovated in 2008 and has 3 apartments, which are differently decorated. Please note that all apartments are only accessible by stairs.

The best apartment in the house! Bright and modern, industrial floor mixed with oak parquet in the living, sleeping area. Hall, dining, living room with work area are flowing into each other. From the dining room you have direct access to the balcony overlooking the Mauschbach bird sanctuary. The generously designed kitchen with breakfast bar can be separated from the rest of the living room by a sliding door. The spacious bathroom has a bath and walk in shower with overhead shower. The bedroom with comfortable double bed is quiet overlooking the garden.
