Beautiful terraced house "Les Migraniers", 3 storeys. In the resort 200 m from the centre of Grimaud, 5 km from the sea. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 200 m, 4 minute walk to the centre, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 5 km. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 9 km. Nearby attractions: Saint Tropez 12 km, Sainte Maxime 13 km, Plages de Pampelonne 19 km, Cannes 85 km, Nice 110 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Le lac de Sainte Croix 98 km. Hiking paths: Le Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Gassin, 7 km.

    “Aufgrund der recht guten Ausstattung des Hauses können wir noch 3 Häuser zugestehen. Die Lage des Hauses, hinsichtlich der guten Erreichbarkeit von Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restauarants ist als sehr gut zu bezeichnen. Für uns ist eine ruhige Nacht von wesentlicher Bedeutung! Die Ortstraße von Grimaud stört an dieser Stelle in Form von Verkehrslärm, insbesondere in den frühen Morgenstunden, obwohl sie in der Tat nicht unmittelbar vor der Haustüre herführt!
