This holiday home built in 2019 is located in a quiet place called Smrika.
The holiday accommodation is for 6-8 people and offers a swimming pool and a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Krk.
The 140 m2 holiday home is distributed over 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living/dining room and kitchen and a bathroom. The outdoor area is accessed via the living area.
On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Two double bedrooms have access to the balcony which has a fantastic view.
Outside, the highlight is the 44 m2 swimming pool with a heavenly sea view. Here are available sun loungers, an outdoor shower, furnished and covered terrace with a small summer kitchen and barbecue. For relaxation, the jacuzzi comes only too well. The swimmingpool is in function from 01.04.
In addition, the house offers a pool table, a dart board and a table tennis table for your enjoyment.
The parking lot is on the property and big enough for 3 vehicles, but it is not fenced.
