Three-bedroom flat completely renewed in 2021 located in Pacengo di Lazise, 15 minutes walking distance from the lake and the beach and 800mt from the lovely centre. The flat is located on the first and second floor of an apartment complex that shares a swimming pool (swimming cap compulsory - guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) with solarium area, a tennis court and parking space.
The bright appartment La Mela of about 80 sq. m. is tastefully furnished and consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and a coffee counter with 6 stools for your daily snacks. The living room offers a comfortable sofa. Sat-TV, wi-fi and air conditioning are available for guests. The living area overlooks the balcony furnished with table and chairs for pleasant dinners overlooking the pool. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with large wardrobe and private TV (no SAT), a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together. Next to the bedrooms there is a windowed bathroom with glass shower stall. On the upper floor, accessible via a winding staircase (not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility) you will find a large room with two double beds and a lounge area with TV (no SAT) and air conditioning. For greater comfort the upper floor is equipped with a second bathroom complete with shower box. At guests' disposal garage with parking space for one car and washing machine. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
We recommend the flat La Mela to large families or friends couples who want to share a holiday at Lake Garda, but at the same time preserve their privacy thanks to the 3 bedrooms.
