Beautiful Villa Jewel is located on the island of Hvar, in the largest village on the island, the village of Vrbanj. Villa Jewel was built in 2019 in a rustic style and offers guests 140 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 450 m2. It is located 4 km from the nearest sea and pebble beach, where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the clear and clean Adriatic sea together with family or a group of friends. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 and optimally 6 people. The villa consists of first floor and upper floor. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a table and a TV. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals for the whole family. The kitchen leads directly to the outdoor terrace, where you can find an outdoor dining table, a 30 m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 m and next to it 4 sun loungers. On the terrace there is a gas grill where you can prepare delicious fish or meat dishes. On the upper floor of Villa Jewel there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a double bed, and there are two private bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom is located in the additional part of the villa and has another double bed and a bathroom. Other facilities in the villa include a washing machine, an iron and a separate toilet. In addition, 2 armchairs and 1 sofa bed can be used as extra beds if needed. There are 2 private parking spaces available and the villa is fully fenced. The island of Hvar is an island of sun and lavender and one of the leading tourist destinations in Croatia. Thanks to its turbulent and interesting history and rich cultural heritage, Hvar is now more famous worldwide than ever before. Be sure to forget about sightseeing and local activities such as wine tours, bike rental, library, fishing, swimming on beautiful beaches, diving or sailing. Welcome to Villa Jewel!
