Villa Fantasy 1 is located in Pitve, Jelsa on the island of Hvar, has 240 m2 of living space and is only 2 km from the sea. The nearest town Pitve is only 500 m away from the villa and the pebble beach is 2,4 km away. Villa Fantasy 1 offers accommodation for a maximum of ten, optimally eight guests. It consists of basement, first floor and upper floor. If you are a fan of an active vacation, this villa has a sauna, fitness equipment for sports enthusiasts, a whirlpool and table soccer. There will be opportunities to have fun and socialize with family or friends. Relax in the sauna or enjoy a romantic refreshment in the whirlpool. On the first floor there is a modern kitchen. Next to it is the dining room, a living room with a fireplace, sofa, armchairs and stools. On the first floor there is also a separate toilet. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a balcony with sea view. Extras during your stay include a washing machine, dryer and iron. Should children come along on vacation, a high chair and baby crib are available. On the outdoor terrace there is an outdoor dining table, a pool of 35 m2 and a depth of 1.5 meters. Next to it there are three deck chairs, more can be provided upon request. An outdoor charcoal or wood grill gives you the opportunity to prepare delicious Dalmatian dishes. Villa Fantasy 1 has a Google Home system: a smart speaker that provides services for the whole family. It provides security, comfort and energy savings in the home. Next to Villa Fantasy 1 is a sister villa Fantasy 2, a villa that you can rent as a separate building or together with Villa Fantasy 1. In this case, they form a complex of two villas, which is ideal for larger groups of guests! During your stay you will enjoy a beautiful landscape that will delight you and make you feel like in a fairy tale. Inside the yard there are two parking spaces and outside the yard there are two more. The town of Jelsa is described as a small fishing village. If you wake up before sunrise, be sure to have your first morning cup in the square of Jelsa. For lunch or dinner you can go to the nearby village of Pitve, where there is a nice restaurant in a garden. In the evening, the younger generations go to some cafes or bars that open their doors for those who want to have fun! Visit the island of Hvar, experience the charm of the beautiful landscape and relax in Villa Fantasy 1. In this accommodation pets are allowed at the discretion of the owner or for a fee.
