Situated in the heart of Sigean, this gîte is ideally located for visiting the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park and its beautiful landscapes of garrigue, lakes and sea, where there are many walks to choose from (Etang de Bages, Ile de Sainte-Lucie). Just 8km away is the seaside resort of Port-la-Nouvelle, where you can take advantage of the large, beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean. Famous for its wine, this wine-growing region is waiting for you to discover its terroir. Just half an hour from the gîte, you can also visit Narbonne la Romaine, where there are plenty of things to do. The Sigean African Reserve is also a must-see. There are plenty of shops close by, so you can do your shopping or enjoy a meal at the restaurant. The gîte has its own private, enclosed terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, so you can enjoy a convivial lunchtime or evening. You can park your car in front of the gîte. Air-conditioned gîte adjoining the owners' house, located on the 1st floor with independent access, opening onto a living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, dining table and sitting area with sofa and TV. The first bedroom has a double bed (90cm). A separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. A second bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be joined together to make a 180cm bed, with direct access to the terrace. A third bedroom with two single beds (90cm). End-of-stay cleaning extra. Sheets and towels are not provided. WIFI connection included. Baby equipment on request. Electricity consumption: 2kwH/day/person included. Excess consumption to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.
