On the outskirts of Narbonne la Romaine, the Pech de l'Agnel gîte offers a comfortable stay close to all the must-see sites in the town and region. Situated in a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you'll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding area as you relax and recharge your batteries during your holiday. Less than 2km from the gîte, you'll find all the shops and amenities you need, as well as the jewels of Narbonne to discover: the Via Domitia, St-Just and St-Pasteur Cathedrals, Les Halles, the Archbishops' Palace-Museum and the Narbo Via Romanesque Museum. Its location in the region also means that you can visit some of its most beautiful places in less than 20 minutes' drive: the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean, the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park and its magnificent landscapes with its ponds and the Sigean African reserve, the Massif de la Clape and the Gouffre de l'Oeil-Doux, as well as the typical village of Gruissan and its chalets. From the gîte you have a beautiful view of the Cathedral in the distance.

This gîte is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, with completely independent access via the outside stairs. It opens onto a living room with a dining area, a sitting room with sofa and TV, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. From the hallway, there is a shower room on the right, with a large walk-in shower, double basin and washing machine. There is also a separate WC. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and a cot. A second bedroom with a double sofa bed. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Sheets and towels are not provided. Air conditioning adjustable by the owner. WIFI connection.
