Welcome to the fantastic Villa Santa Cruz that will make your soul smile! Not far from the famous east coast of Istria, in a small village called Orsanici, you will find your happy place!
When you arrive at the villa, please take a moment and let the dreamlike surroundings
take in the marvellous surroundings. The phenomenal view of the typical Istrian green hilly landscape will enchant you.
In the middle of this landscape, perched on a hill, sits the beautiful Villa Santa Cruz with its fabulous 60m2 pool on a huge plot. Enjoy your holiday right here - in the refreshing pool with a view of nature - and let your mind wander! Sip a cool drink while soaking up the warm rays of the Croatian sun on one of the sun loungers.
You can prepare fresh local specialities on the charcoal grill in the covered dining area and then enjoy them with the whole family and friends at the dining table for up to 10 people - the ideal place for many wonderful summer evenings together.
But please step inside! The interior of the two-storey villa is very tastefully and modernly furnished. Natural colours as well as wood and stone elements create a great connection to the surroundings and give you a homely feeling. The open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area form the centre of the villa, but there are also two comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms with shower on the ground floor, as well as the well-equipped fitness room. On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms with the most comfortable double beds you can imagine and a shared bathroom. Imagine drinking your first coffee in the morning on the balcony to one of the breathtaking sunrises
If you ever feel the urge to leave Villa Santa Cruz and explore the area, it's not far to the surrounding towns and the nearest beach. If you would like a bit of action, you can also hire KTM motorbikes, quads and e-bikes from the landlord for an extra charge. In addition, a private cook, breakfast and dinner are available on request, as well as a private masseur - please contact us for more information.

Like most Istrian villages, it is only a short drive away from the Istrian east coast and guarantees a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The coastal towns of Labin and Rabac offer an excellent selection of cafés and great restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Mediterranean cuisine such as Kvarner scampi, one of the most popular products of the Adriatic. Once a small fishing village, Rabac is now a well-known holiday resort with excellently preserved natural beauty, which has earned the town the title Pearl of Kvarner Bay. Labin is a medieval town situated just 40 kilometres from Pula on a hill directly above Rabac. The town is the cultural centre of eastern Istria, known for its many art galleries and a unique sculpture park. If you decide to visit Labin, we recommend you take a walk through the narrow stone streets and enjoy a cup of coffee with a marvellous view over Rabac and the island of Cres. Have fun exploring the region by bike or quad bike, take long walks through unspoilt nature or experience truffle hunting. There are so many things to discover here, it's best to start now.
