Villa Adria Blue is a dreamlike villa situated on a green hill in the middle of the bay of Bakar in Kvarner. The minimalist design of the house will immediately catch your eye. Simple elegance pervades from the outdoor area to the bedrooms. The 34m2 pool offers welcome refreshment on hot summer days. A beautiful terrace invites you to linger. Here you are sure to spend unforgettable barbecue evenings with family and friends, while the children play volleyball or badminton on the green area behind the house. Enjoy a great breakfast with your family and friends at the dining table on the terrace or simply move indoors when it rains. This is bright and spacious thanks to the large window fronts. The dining area connects the living room with the fully equipped kitchen. One of the comfortable bedrooms with its own bathroom is also located on the first floor. The other 5 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Each room has its own bathroom, a balcony overlooking the bay, TV and is air-conditioned. The entire house has underfloor heating and is therefore cozy and warm even on colder days. Villa Adria Blue can accommodate up to 12 people in a total of 6 double rooms, making it ideal for larger families or groups of friends.if you want peace and seclusion from the tourist hustle and bustle, then this is the place for you!Villa Adria Blue is located above the town of Bakarac, a quiet former fishing village in the bay of Bakar in Kvarner. Just a few hundred meters from the villa you can choose between the town beach and a beautiful pebble beach - ideal for families with children. The 2020 Capital of Culture Rijeka or the lively town of Crikvenica with its great range of events are also not far away and definitely worth a visit. Go window shopping in Opatija or explore the islands of Krk or Rab. Both islands offer a variety of sporting events in summer - from marathons and cycling races to regattas. The Ucka Nature Park is only half an hour's drive away. Nature lovers and hikers will get their money's worth there. And the view from the top of the mountain is unique! The location of your villa is ideal if you want to spend your vacation in the midst of all the possibilities and yet need a retreat to relax.
