The complex is fully gated, with free underground parking, and has security cameras and concierge 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
All flats are surrounded by lush gardens, with a wide variety of plants and trees that are maintained daily and with great care by our team of gardeners, which gives a tropical and fresh air to everything around.
The flats consist of a modern, designer living/dining room with sofa bed, light furniture but with a touch of colour, and all are fully equipped with cupboard, crockery, sofa, direct access to the garden or terrace, and air-conditioning/central heating.
Please note that the decoration of the flats may vary from one to another, as they are completely personalised and customised.
The flats also have satellite TV, wifi connection and free safe, iron, washing machine and an intelligent domotic system for blinds, sound and lights to create different atmospheres. The kitchen is equipped with: microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric juicer, etc.
As for the bathrooms, our flats have two, and all of them have hydro-massage showers and jacuzzi baths.
Our services include daily cleaning and change of towels (except Sundays) and linen twice a week. This is very important to maintain the quality and standard of our flats.
The reception is open 365 days a year to help our guests during their stay. Our team will advise you on everything you need: excursions, transfers, doubts and questions about the area, gastronomy, etc.
We offer you the possibility to enjoy the facilities of El Campanario Club next to Cortijo del Mar all year round (with restaurant, gym, heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, tennis, golf, massage service, etc) at special prices.

The main swimming pool is located next to the restaurant and is open approximately from March to October, again depending on occupancy and weather. It is always supervised by a lifeguard, and has several low and high level areas for children and adults. The large size of the pool means that there is plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Around the pool, you will find two Balinese beds and a massage service on request/at extra cost. In addition, there is a football pitch, basketball court and small playground in the back area with free access and open every day of the year.
