Very nice cottage by Lake Flåren with open floor plan. Large covered terrace as well as a new sun terrace. Completed in 2019 with a master bedroom where there is a private toilet in addition to private TV. Partial lake view from the new bedroom and lake view from the living room and patio. New leather suite in the living room. For the children there is a playhouse, swings, sandbox and slide. Good bath with sandy beach and good fishing - among others for pike and perch. The swimming area has swings, barbecue facilities and basic seating. Own storage room at the lake. Additional boats, motors and canoes can be rented from the owner. 8 km to Laganland and the moose park. 27-hole golf course in Lagan. Visit the western town of High Chaparral or Astrid Lindgren's World. Shopping is best done in Värnamo or Ljungby. Bicycles can be rented from the house owner. Neighbor of 131438.
