Villa Palmeral EMF199 is a real stroke of luck for anyone who values space and luxury. The completely newly built house is the Mallorcan family's latest achievement. Palmeral perfectly combines a villa holiday with a hotel ambience. Further details can be found below. The 15,000 m² surrounding estate has recently been transformed into a magnificent garden with lawns and terraces and a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. This is a fantastic play area for children who are potential fellow travellers. The path leading to the villa is, appropriately enough, lined with palm trees. Around the house you will find attractive seating areas in the sun and shade, so you can discover many potential favourite spots. The centrepiece of the garden is the pool area with two pools and the adjoining sun terrace. You can enjoy a wonderful swim all day long in the large pool, while the little ones can play safely in the shallow pool. You can relax on the high-quality sun loungers and enjoy a refreshing dip to suit your mood. The covered terrace is connected to the pool area and the two tables can safely seat up to 16 people. A large, delicious barbecue can be held here on a warm evening, which is sure to be the highlight of any holiday. Perhaps you bought some fresh regional ingredients at the weekly market in Sineu, which are now being prepared. The view you can enjoy from here is simply magnificent.

The entire 500 m² of living space in this modern, spacious villa allows you to stay discreetly and undisturbed in small or large travelling groups. As you enter the house, you are greeted by an exceptional aesthetic and an atmosphere of luxurious living. Selected, unique elements and high-quality materials surprise you in an exceptionally harmonious and refined combination. A very spacious living/dining room offers a huge dining table for 12 people as well as two cosy sofa areas where you can really feel at home. On one side of the living room there is a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection: nothing stands in the way of cosy evenings by the fireplace and entertaining TV programmes. The modern and cosy kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave, the spacious kitchen invites you to cook together. It is also possible to dine together with four to six people. The bedrooms are generously proportioned, equipped with high-quality furniture and stylishly decorated. Here, as in most of the other rooms, we find wooden beamed ceilings, which not only look stylish, but also create an extremely attractive overall ambience. The absence of many distracting accessories gives these beautiful rooms a straightforward appearance, which is undoubtedly also intended to encourage guests to seek a pleasant rest. All six double rooms have their own bathroom with a high-quality five-star hotel ambience. The tasteful design of the marble bathrooms also continues to surprise. They present themselves in an ultra-modern style and are functional and extremely comfortable.


For very large groups, we also offer the option of renting this house together with others in our range: Son Perxa EMF018 and/or Sa Pleta EMF036. All the properties are close to each other but are completely independent and offer a high degree of privacy. These and three other neighbouring villas have a shared tennis and volleyball court. The availability of these (professional) courts is a unique selling point in our offer. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ball sports fans! Should you wish to organise a party during your stay, please let us know in advance. The new Villa Palmeral is an exclusive holiday home in the eastern part of the island, close to the small town of Petra. The large natural stone house extends over an area of 8,000 square metres, surrounded by a wonderfully spacious property. Petra is about three kilometres away. Here you will find several restaurants and small supermarkets. In Sineu, approx. 10 minutes away by car, the well-known weekly market takes place every Wednesday. The beautiful beaches of Son Real and Son Serra can be reached quickly in a hire car.
