The holiday home is located directly in the central Pla de Mallorca region in the village of Sant Joan, which offers you a typical, almost original flair. The villa looks like an oasis that stands out from its surroundings thanks to its stylish furnishings. Everything appears very bright and radiant at first glance and the picturesque outdoor area invites you to spend long, enjoyable hours outdoors. A few Mediterranean plants, some in pots, adorn the otherwise plain and predominantly white surfaces. Right next to the house is a great chill-out zone made from pallet furniture. You can relax here all day long, preferably with a cool drink and perhaps a refreshing snack. Colourful cushions spice things up with bright tones. The wide path to the pool first leads past further relaxation areas, which are perfect places for relaxing hours outdoors and are guaranteed to be popular with all travellers. The pool is very large for a townhouse. At a length of 12 metres, you can swim real laps Have you ever done this early in the morning, when the light of day and life around you begins to awaken? If not, then you should definitely do it and enjoy this very special form of luxury. Comfortable loungers are available for you to relax on afterwards. Another highlight by the pool is a kind of renovated garage, where you will find a fantastic outdoor kitchen with dining table and fridge. In this stylish ambience with a beautiful view of the pool, you can dine together and celebrate a barbecue session in the evening.

The interior of the house matches the aesthetics of the exterior. Modern, pleasantly colourful furnishings create a very stylish atmosphere in which you immediately want to stay. Unusual arrangements and unique pieces give the entire ambience an additional individual touch. Stay in the spacious rooms and move back and forth between the comfortable outdoor and indoor areas as you please. The cosy sofa in the large, light-flooded living room is the perfect place to relax. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player as well as a fast internet connection to keep you digitally connected to friends and family. A dining area is located between the living and kitchen areas, offering an inviting, sophisticated flair for perfect meals. The kitchen is a real eye-catcher with its black and red look: here you will find enough space for everything you need so that nothing stands in the way of your self-catering. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom on this floor. If you take the extravagant steps up to the top floor, you will reach a bedroom. From here you can access the other room: a large bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and private terrace. There is also another bathroom on this level. All bedrooms are elegantly styled and offer plenty of space. Elegant bathrooms offer space for all guests and are equipped with attractive installations and fittings. An iron and hairdryer are available in the house, so you don't need to bring your own from home.

The nearby village of Petra (approx. 7 km) with its golden-brown stone houses is reminiscent of a dreamy town far away from the hustle and bustle. Be sure to visit the weekly market and the small bars, cafés and restaurants in this tranquil village, which has developed a good infrastructure while still retaining its tranquillity. Lloret de Vistalegre is also an attractive town just 15 minutes away by car. A trip to Inca (20 km) is also worthwhile. The small town of Inca has a long tradition of leather and shoe craftsmanship.

This inviting house is located in the centre of the beautiful village of Sant Joan, just 7 km from Petra, a small, dreamy town that has its charm both through its beautiful alleyways and its streets lined with old buildings. Sineu is also about 7 km away. A large market is held here every Wednesday morning; the market in Sant Joan takes place on Thursdays.
