This beautiful white villa in the quiet residential area of Badia Blava on the south coast of Mallorca bears the name Verano: summer! And it lives up to its name, which evokes sun, sea and holidays: the house with two floors and many charming round arches was built in a bright and open style on a spacious plot in a typical residential area of the town. It is surrounded by a large garden and various covered and sunny terrace areas. The stylishly furnished roof terrace offers fantastic views as far as the nearby Mediterranean Sea. Accompanying children can let off steam on the well-tended sunbathing lawn or in the pool, and there is also a slide, swings and table tennis. Adults, on the other hand, will be delighted by the numerous options for relaxing: a seating area, a sun lounger - you're spoilt for choice!

The interior of the villa is modern, but incredibly warm and friendly: large windows let in the Mediterranean light, white walls and open-plan architecture enhance the light, summery flair that this house exudes. On the ground floor is the spacious living and dining area, furnished with an inviting dark brown leather sofa, where you can spend an exciting evening watching TV with tasty snacks or a romantic evening in front of the open fire. Right next door is the stylish dining table with matching chairs where you can enjoy the dishes you have prepared in the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen really has a lot to offer: spacious, very simple and elegant in bright white, equipped to a high standard and also has a small counter for kitchen utensils. In addition to a separate bathroom, the five spacious and discreetly designed double bedrooms are spread over two floors, four of which have their own bathroom to round off your living comfort.

The quiet residential area of Badia Blava is located directly on the enchanting grey cliffs in the south of the island, so you should definitely plan a walk or two towards the sea, which glistens in the sun just 400 m from your holiday home. Various viewpoints guarantee unforgettable impressions and there are numerous water access points for swimming along the coast. Several restaurants are within easy walking distance of Villa Verano. To reach the nearest beautiful sandy beach, you can hop in your hire car and drive just 7.3 km along the road audible from the house to Cala Blava. The small bay surrounded by pine-covered cliffs and its sandy beach can be reached via long stone steps and is particularly popular with locals. Badia Blava is the name of the well-kept and quiet village on the south coast of the island where the chic white Villa Verano was built. From the chic roof terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Mediterranean just a few hundred metres away. The nearest beach in the pretty bay of Cala Blava is just 7.3 km away by car.
