Villa Llucamar is a particularly charming property that, among many others, impresses above all with its loving furnishings and traditional architecture. It was founded in the 13th century and once belonged to Count Ayamans, a descendant of James I, the conqueror of Mallorca. As soon as you arrive, you realise that you can really feel at home here: This is a tasteful place to live, with an invitingly modern yet typically Mallorcan atmosphere. The outdoor area is characterised by decorative paths, flowerbeds with Mediterranean plants and a variety of terraces. The pretty pool area offers great views over the hills of the eastern part of the island. The pool is tiled with a bright green mosaic and can be easily accessed via the staircase entrance. Six pool loungers and two parasols are the ideal equipment for sun worshippers, who can relax here under the Mediterranean sun and leave everyday life behind them. On the terrace, which is covered with natural materials, you can either sit comfortably with a drink in the small lounge corner or enjoy a freshly prepared meal at the dining table. On warm evenings, savoury barbecue evenings are served, where you can prepare and enjoy local ingredients. Other seating options are variable around the property and offer the opportunity to find new places to relax, plus it is easy to stow away.

The interior of the house shines in bright colours and elegant furnishings. Here, original elements are perfectly combined with a modern, stylish design. During the various renovations in the past, the original stone and wooden elements were well preserved. Traditional exposed beam ceilings and natural stone elements create an impressive effect in this ambience. You can dine indoors in the dining area, which is accessible from the outside. The spacious kitchen is conveniently located next door. It is equipped with everything you need for everyday use, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. The cosy living area, separated from the dining area only by a wide passageway, offers super cosy relaxation with a sofa by the fireplace and a TV that provides good entertainment. Three aesthetic bedrooms invite you to relax. The deliberate absence of distracting accessories emphasises the clear, relaxed atmosphere. A total of four beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres and one measuring 1.60 x 1.90 metres are available. Further attractive passageways and an open gallery directly under the roof impressively round off the generous space on offer in this house. There is a comfortable sofa bed for two people on the upper floor. The beautiful bathrooms are also brightly designed and offer functional fixtures and fittings as well as natural daylight. A hairdryer and iron are available in the accommodation. You don't have to worry about packing.

The natural stone villa Llucamar is a modern and typical Mallorcan holiday home. It is situated in a beautiful rural and quiet location, just 1 km northwest of the centre of Sant Llorenc. There you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy and restaurants.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
