Even the driveway to your holiday home reveals a little of its wonderful character. You can park your car directly in front of the house, so unpacking is very straightforward. The spacious, 20,000 m², well-kept estate offers plenty of space to relax and guarantees absolute privacy. The extensive pastures and mature trees give an idea of its size. A key element in this atmospheric garden is the 8 x 4 metre pool with tiered decking and inviting sunbathing area. Large parasols provide pleasant shade when needed. Or how about a revitalising morning yoga workout in this incredible setting? The large dining table on the covered terrace is a wonderful place to wind down, and directly opposite is the outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue: fresh fish, paella and grilled vegetables are just a few examples of the local delicacies that can be put together here in no time at all. The outdoor lighting around the pool creates a magical atmosphere in the late evening. Why not spend the last hours of the day alone with the reflection of the moonlight in the water?

The charming and tastefully furnished interior extends over a generous 420 m². On the ground floor is the living area, which has been lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. When you enter this marvellous casa from the terrace, your gaze immediately falls on the impressively long wooden dining table. A cosy sofa area with a large flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The open fire will keep you warm and cosy on colder evenings. A skilful mix of rustic furniture, modern objects and Mallorcan accents have transformed Casa Campillos into a true living paradise. A particular highlight of this villa is the large, fully equipped kitchen, where you can discover the finer points of Mallorcan cuisine and conjure up creative menus to your heart's content. Directly behind the kitchen is a lounge area with a cosy sofa and fireplace: the perfect place to get together. On the ground floor there is also a guest WC and a bedroom with a 1.35 metre wide double bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the garden. On the first floor you will find four further tastefully furnished bedrooms. Three double bedrooms with 1.35 m or 1.50 m wide double beds, one of which also has its own bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) all have direct access to a pretty terrace with incredible views of the countryside. The rooms on the upper floor share a spacious bathroom with a large washbasin and bathtub. To avoid sweating in the summer months, all bedrooms are air-conditioned.

In rural seclusion, this property sits elegantly amidst beautiful flora; local vegetation and Mallorcan tradition characterise this picturesque picture. Olive and apricot trees, corn fields, windmills and paradisiacal beaches merge into a Mediterranean idyll on the gentle south coast of Mallorca. Thanks to the nearby MA-19 motorway, Casa Campillos is easy to reach; from here you can discover many of the region's highlights without having to travel far, including some of the most beautiful beaches in the south, such as the romantic rocky bay of Cala Pi or Mallorca's longest natural beach, Es Trenc, which invites you to swim and relax. Why not visit the nearby Salines d'Es Trenc and delight your loved ones at home with tasteful souvenirs. The world-famous, carefully hand-skimmed Flor de Sal is an indispensable ingredient in Mallorcan cuisine. There are over 400 plant species and 10,00 cactus species on just 40,000 m². Many of them are part of a collection of Mallorcan vegetation. For a marvellous view over the island, we also recommend a hike up the 500 m high Puig de Sant Salvador. There you will find the Santuari de Sant Salvador cloister, which also houses a restaurant with a lovely terrace. The extensive, 20,000 m² estate and magnificent Casa is located not far from the town of Llucmajor at the foot of the Puig de Randa mountain in the south of the island. Llucmajor has a wide range of shopping facilities and some of the most beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. The landscape is characterised by natural parks and endless stretches of coastline with small bays and the beach paradise of Es Trenc. You can reach the capital Palma in around 30 minutes via the MA-19 motorway.
